Please Read The Following Before Beginning
What you need:
- A CD or other electronic device containing the imaging exam. Please note the study must have been performed in Georgia, Alabama, Virginia, Indiana, or South Carolina.
- An electronic copy of the corresponding radiology report. We cannot complete a second opinion without both the images and the report.
- A major credit card for payment.
- You must agree to our Terms and Conditions and Notice of Privacy Practices.
You can obtain a CD of your exam from the imaging center, clinic, or hospital where the study was performed. In the hospital, you may need to go to the radiology front desk or Medical Records. Please ask for both the images and the radiology report. (Note: if you obtained a CD with your images at the time you had the test performed, you will need to go back to obtain the radiology report as well.)

A note about comparison imaging studies: Prior radiology exams of a similar type are often very useful when interpreting your images and we strongly encourage you to provide prior exams if possible. You will have the ability to upload up to two prior exams free of charge. To aid in the uploading process, we suggest that you have the current exam and the priors on a single CD or place them in a single file folder on your desktop.
